From the first moment we saw the city square in old town we were in ahh. One of the prettiest, biggest, cleanest city squares we’ve seen. The square is comprised of restaurants, shops, museums, beautiful buildings and even carriage rides. You can sit in a cafe and people watch to your heart's content. Even in the cold of 55° (yes, that’s cold for this California girl) you can enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the many outdoor restaurants where you will relish in the best soups (I’m sure the cold has something to do with how great they are) and fantastic food. The people as always, were very helpful, pointing us in the right direction when we were lost.
